Privacy Policy
A considered circle asks for trust. This policy explains what we keep, why we keep it and how you remain in control.
1. Who we are
Wendeco Norden AB, org.nr 556779-0919, is a Swedish company operating as Angelique Odessa. We are the controller of personal data used by the Angelique Dating iOS application and the Angelique Dating website.

2. The short version
- We collect what a considered introduction needs, and nothing else.
- There is no advertising, no analytics tracking and no sale of personal data.
- Your verification photograph is deleted at the moment a decision is made. Only the outcome remains.
- You can delete everything from the application, or ask us to do it for you.
- This website sets no cookies.
3. What we collect

| Approximate location | With your permission, location is used to show distance. Exact coordinates are never shown to another member. Others see whole kilometres at most. |
| Identity verification | One posed photograph, reviewed by a person. It is deleted at the moment of decision. We keep only the outcome, verified or not. |
| Activity in the service | Introductions shown, quiet likes, considered notes of 20–280 characters, conversations, table invitations, reports and blocks. We also keep minimal onboarding telemetry, limited to step timings, to keep the application flow working. |

4. What we use it for
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, each use of personal data needs a legal basis.
- Contract
- We use account, profile and service activity data to review profiles, provide introductions, deliver notes and quiet likes, open conversations on mutual interest, support table invitations and administer membership.
- Consent
- We rely on your choice for location, notifications and the guest-list launch email. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests
- We use limited information where needed to keep the circle safe, moderate conduct and prevent fraud and abuse. We balance these interests against your rights.
- Legal obligation
- We retain or disclose limited information when the law requires it, including records that must be kept for accounting or a lawful request from an authority.
Every profile is reviewed by a person before debut. This is human review, not automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effect.
5. Who can see what
Other members see the profile you compose: your photographs, first name, age, prompts and distance in whole kilometres, together with the profile details you choose to provide.
Your birth date, contact details, email address and exact location are never shown to other members. Staff access is limited to what is needed for review, safety and support.
6. Processors and recipients
- Supabase provides hosting and storage in the European Union, in eu-west-1, Ireland.
- Apple provides sign-in, purchases and push delivery.
- RevenueCat provides subscription state.
- Expo provides push notification delivery.
Each processor is bound by data-processing terms. Where a transfer leaves the European Economic Area, it relies on standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy framework.
We use no advertising networks, analytics software development kits or data brokers. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
7. Retention
- Profile and activity data remain while your account lives.
- The identity-verification photograph is deleted at the moment of decision.
- A considered note expires after seven days if it is unopened. Its text is retired with it.
- A deleted account is removed from live systems immediately. Encrypted backups age out within about 30 days.
- Guest-list emails remain until the launch email is sent or you ask us to remove yours.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of processing;
- portability of data you provided;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests; and
- withdrawal of consent at any time.
Exercise these rights in the application or by writing to info@angeliqueodessa.com. We may need to confirm that the request is yours.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. In Sweden, this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY. You may instead contact your local authority, including the authority responsible under Ukraine's personal data protection law.
9. Deleting your data
In the application, go to Settings → Danger Zone. Choose Delete dating profile or Delete account entirely.

10. Age
Angelique is for adults, 18 and over. Age is checked at the door through the birth date provided during onboarding.
11. This website
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. The guest-list form sends only the information you type into it.
12. Changes and contact
We will post changes to this policy here with a new effective date. Material changes will also be announced in the application.
